Bushveldt Meats Limited trading as Bokke Foods ("the Company") contracts are made and orders accepted upon and subject to the following terms and conditions - which do not affect your statutory rights in any way.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice. We collect information about you only to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, physical address, telephone number and email address. The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.

Security Policy

We have an effective security policy that is reviewed regularly. Please note that our website https://www.bokkefoods.com is totally secure. All debit and credit card details given to us by you (the "Customer") are done so on a secure server using Sagepay. Transfer of the purchase details between our site and Sagepay are encapsulated using the Sagepay encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that information passed is secure and tamper-proof. We do not store any of our customers' details online.

Prices

Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and to availability of goods and will be invoiced at prices ruling at the time of acceptance. All prices include VAT where applicable. The VAT number of the company is 103 0085 79.

Payment

Customers will be required to pay in advance of delivery by debit or credit card for goods ordered by them.

Delivery

Provided that goods are in stock, orders are usually delivered to addresses in mainland UK within 2 working days and to addresses outside mainland UK with 3-4 working days. See General Information for delivery charges. Customers are responsible to ensure that suitable arrangements are made for their orders to be received at their stipulated address.

Claims

Claims can only be made through Bokke Foods customer service department: telephone 01489 891 933, email sales@bokkefoods.com. Any claim in respect of missing or damaged goods must be notified to Bokke Foods customer service department within 48 hours of the delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer. No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to incorrect storage or handling by the customer of goods supplied by Bokke Foods.

Complaints

We really want all our customers to be pleased with our products and services.

If you are not satisfied with any product or service provided by Bokke Foods please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department at 01489 891933 or email sales@bokkefoods.com and we will endeavour to resolve any complaint as soon as possible. If any goods are found to be faulty or different from those ordered by the customer, the company will offer a replacement or refund at the discretion of the companys management; this will be done within seven days of agreeing to give the replacement or refund. Any mistakes in bills, receipts or payments will be rectified as soon as possible and within seven days of agreeing to do so. All goods offered by the company are guaranteed to comply with statutory requirements.

However, the company cannot accept responsibility where goods supplied are subject to processing or repackaging by the customer.

Returns

Non-perishable items purchased by customers and supplied in good order can be returned to Bokke Foods (Trinder House, Free Street, Bishops Waltham SO32 1EE) for a full refund, provided that the goods are returned unused within 7 days of having been received from Bokke Foods. In cases where the correct item has been supplied at the customer's request and the customer changes his/her mind, the goods having been supplied by Bokke Foods in good condition, the cost of returning the item will be paid for by the customer.
